This project consisted of a full building condition survey for a Client who was a first time buyer looking to purchase a property in Cork City.

A number of issues were highlighted in a full condition report to aid in the decision to purchase, cost negotiations and mortgage application requirements.

Building Survey & Feasibility Study

3DC were employed to carry out a building condition survey for a shell and core To Let premises. This survey report gave an accurate account of the biuilding condition from an Architectural, Structural and Energy Efficiency perspective.

Following this survey we were asked to complete a feasibility study for a proposed commercial development at this location. This study looked at different layout options, heating systems and budget estimates for the proposed works.

​This study guided our clients in making an informed decision on whether or not to take the premises.
